Assisted Living Facility

Sun Center Assisted Living is located on the Southeast corner of Mayville, ND.  It consists of Sun Center, Sun Center South and Sun Center East with a combined total of 41 apartments.

Apartments were constructed in:

• 1984 Sun Center
• 2000 Sun Center South
• 2006 Sun Center East

The apartments are connected to Luther Memorial Home which is a skilled nursing facility.

Community Living

Sun Center Assisted Living was designed to promote community living. Beautifully decorated lounge areas provide a nice gathering place for tenants. On any given day you will find community members working on puzzles, gathering to play cards, playing pool, and other activities.

Secure & Safe

Sun Center Assisted Living provides a high-level of comfort and security to tenants and their families. Each unit is equipped with an emergency call system that will alert Luther Memorial Home nursing staff to respond.  They will assess your situation and call the appropriate medical personnel.

• Light housekeeping 1 day/week
• Noon meal in community dining room
• All utilities except telephone
• Emergency call system (24 hour nursing staff through connected nursing facility)
• General maintenance
• Spacious corridor to congregate
• Exercise room
• Laundry facilities
